I received mainly positive responses to my presentation; my peers said that they felt the slides shown were relevant to the presentation and coordinated well with my speaking. They said that the images I used were of an appropriate quality and number - keeping the audience interested in my presentation without overwhelming them.
I would agree with these points, I worked very hard on my presentation, making sure the images were clear, relevant and contained the vital information. I was particularly pleased with my organistion of the presentation, I felt that it worked well and formed a logical and easy-to-follow train of thought, whilst still covering the important elements of Witkin's work and meeting the allotted amount of time.
My feedback from my tutor confirmed my belief that my work was well researched and documented; however, he raised the issue that I could have explored the themes of sexuality and religion further, looking at them from a historical vs. contemporary point of view. I agree with this point and think it would be a way to develop my research further.
